The Original Fudge Kitchen — Local services in Ocean City

Did not enjoy my experience here at all. The reason for two stars is that the fudge was just ok. As soon as I walked in the manager I suppose eyed my boyfriend and I and followed us all the way down the aisle making sure he made eye contact with us at all times. Made us incredibly uncomfortable. We are in our mid-20s. Not teenagers who steal. When I was ready to order, at that point apparently there was nothing for anyone to do (about 5 employees standing there) were just staring at me and when I asked to order all of the just looked around at each other like they didnt know what to do. Then someone asked another employee if he was gonna take the order and he finally took my order. They didnt seem very knowledgeable about their own order taking process and their prices for 1lb 1/2 lb and 1/4 lb are not actually their prices. Made no sense that they didnt weigh the fudge before placing it out. Needless to say, if you are looking for friendly knowledgable staff, go to the many other fudge locations on the boardwalk. Not worth...

Got a macaroon from behind the glass and it was a rock. Couldn't break it, eat it without losing teeth. And and when I ordered 1/4 of fudge a small boy around 13 was whispering to the girl talking my order to put over 1/4 on the paper. And she said its a little over, is that ok? It was double. Let alone the price of a quarter is crazy expensive they try suffering you into buying more. I told her no and got a dirty look from the boy. He then took another elderly womens older, did the same thing to her, instead of her order being around 4 dollars she was charged almost 9. He didnt even ask her if she wanted so much, her little elderly husband just paid for their order. It's actually sad that they take full advantage of people,esp the elderly....

Ok fudge is amazing I have been buying for decades but I have some bones to pick within them. First of all you have had the same special of buy 2lbs of fudge and get a free box of salt water taffy for free for as long as I can remember. You act like it’s a special for that day only when everyone and their brother knows it’s been every day for the past 20 years. Secondly, the prices have gone up through the roof. Thirdly, just when I was racking up points on your rewards system you did away with it. I didn’t even know that you had one and then when I start gaining points you do away with it. Let’s stop playing games here get some different specials going lower prices and move on. Steak shouldn’t be...
