District Court — Local services in Ogden

I've had the worst experience attempting to file a divorce. There are no kids or property involved & both parties are in agreement, so it should be simple, right? After filing the initial divorce papers, I filed a motion to have my fees waived due to low income. After bringing in form after form, the deadline was coming up & my ex was having difficulties getting me the last notarized signature (he lives out of state) so I decided to figure out how to just pay it. When I went to the courthouse after the 90 days after filing, I was told that my divorce case was DROPPED due to lack of payment, as if they couldn't see that I had been filing to have my fees waived! I had just been in the courthouse less than a week before it was dropped & no one ever informed me that my case would be dropped. Not a letter, nothing. Now I am in the process of filing a motion to set aside the dismissal & even that's been a headache. Just about every time I've been in the courthouse I am told that I've filed everything that I need, only to find out that is not true. I can't even tell you how many forms I've filed! Everything about this process has been so difficult, especially when I'm not even in trouble with the law. Filing a divorce is a mentally hard thing to do already & dealing with the court has made it 10 times worse. And I won't even go into what it's like finding information on...

There isn't a judicial system or prostitution that are doing their job, or are worth a damn, it's a big game for them they're paid the same, they're government employees and what their main goal is is it keep everybody out of jail and make plea bargains and make deals... If karma worked right it would affect the judges, it would affect the detectives, it would affect the attorneys, their lives would be screwed up and they would have to pay a price for everyone else if they did not do justice .. they're government employees showing up for work taking their check and going home they could give a damn less about justice being served.... For every person that was let off or let out of jail and I repeat offenders if justice was served and were reflected in the judge the prosecutors and detectives the police officers cuz their lives were affected it would be beauty... They would then be held accountable for releasing all these criminals to repeat,.. I have more respect for the government employees that work for Hill Air Force Base at least they work when they show up they don't...

Its been awesome being a citizen of a country that had a lgal system that was fair in that what i put in i got out. September 2021 I served a complaint for unlawful possession of property because a man renting a room on a strictly month to month basis was given notice of it being his last month on August 1 2021 and on September 2 2021 told me he had no intention of paying rent or leaving because with Covid 19 laws I could do nothing about it. My first instinked was no way maybe if paying rent was the issue yes but it has never been. Were I start to become confused is were he does not answer the complaint within 3 days but on the eighth day he answers and even though a default was signed Judge Valencia decides on September 24th that an occupancy hearing was to be scheduled on October 7th even though the respondant in his answer addresses nothing about his month to month basis. I have never been so overwhelmed with confusion. DEFAULT overlooked. Honest contract overlooked???? Did I make a mistake maybe she would have time to help me understand were I had...
