I have never left a negative review before but I feel the need to do so today. We chose Holmes Clothing for our wedding on Sept. 30th; they did my husband’s suit and rentals for his groomsmen. The staff members were very helpful during the choosing and fitting process but the pick-up was awful. Our wedding was on Saturday but we weren’t contacted about picking up suits until Thursday evening, the 28th—two days before the wedding. My husband had a single day to run suits to the groomsmen to ensure they fit. A couple of his groomsmen needed resized vests so we were rushing the day before our wedding to get that squared away. But that’s not even the worst part. The worst part is that when my husband received his suit, there were no alterations made at all! They told him the seamstress would not be in until Monday and only offered to let him exchange the jacket for another piece. The problem is that my husband has a football player body. His arm span is very long and his chest is very wide. Standard jackets don’t generally fit him. I was furious but my husband didn’t want to confront the company so he agreed to choose another jacket. I was not with him but if I was, I would have demanded the seamstress come fix the mistake—we did, after all, pay to Holmes Clothing to have alterations and they’ve had our order for over two months! I was with my husband the day he tried on jackets and the staff member pinned it back and made notes of the alterations to be made back in the summertime. My husband does not like getting into spats so he did as he was instructed and picked out a different jacket off the wall. We had to call the woman who altered my wedding dress and have this jacket tailored in a moments noticed (with an added rush fee). I’m so happy she was willing to alter the jacket on short notice but I don’t think this should have been the case. We paid Holmes Clothing for alterations and 1) alterations were not made although they had the order for two months and 2) Holmes Clothing’s only solution was for my husband to pick a new jacket off the rack. The suit quality was great and the selection is also great, but I think the team needs to ensure that orders are altered well in advance and offer better customer service in an emergency...

We had originally picked out some suits and the colors we liked, and was also working with the sister store in Phoenix, Arizona to insure the brides dad and brothers could get the same matching suits. After going back and forth with colors and making sure everyone matched, in the end the first color we picked just wouldn't work for everyone's sizes. I got a call personally from Wyatt and he let us know he would do everything in his power to make sure our wedding was as perfect as possible, and that we would need to pick another suit color if we would like to match. He fit us in the same day to re-pick out suits. He called the vendors and made sure we could get suits in everyone's sizes, and in time. We had forgot to order me a vest and Wyatt bent over backwards to not only help us pick one that would match, but he also called and made sure to have the vendor send it out that day because it was literally a week before the wedding. We bought 10 suits and the color ended up being more perfect than the original colors we chose. The thing that made the service over the top was my wife's family flew in the day before the wedding, and Wyatt had his seamstress at his store waiting for her brothers and dad to fly in at 4 pm to alter their suits so they would be ready for the wedding the next day. On another note, I wouldn't always listen to some negative reviews, you can't please everyone. I think you should go in and let them show you how their customer service...

unorganized. Every time one of our groomsmen calls in to make a payment on their tux/suits, they can’t seem to find our account and say they don’t know who they are or why they are calling. 2 of our groomsmens debit cards were charged multiple times for the wrong amounts. Alterations were supposed to be included in the grooms suit since he bought it rather than rented and it was not included. Also a white button up and a tie was supposed to be included, it was not. It seems to be that young teens work here and simply don’t know what they are doing. Our wedding is in 7 days, hopefully when we pick up suits and tuxes, everything is correct because at this rate, not a single employee knows what they’re doing or whats going on. Very...
