We all know the first couple days can be hectic as the little adjustments get made, the routines get made, the board gets laid out properly. Elevated Bagel did it right. They were busy, kept each order in order, took the time to make everything fresh and apologized for any delay, although in their cute little shop I did not mind chilling for what was maybe an extra minute or two. I am super stoked to be their ā€œfirst coffeeā€ client and LOVE the energy the three had this morning. As for the bagels ā€¦ great crisp crust, wonderful chew, perfect flavor bends with the perfect amount of love added to each one! The produce was fresh, the cream cheese, creamy and the avocado spread was wonderful. I added a little salt to me vegetarian bagel and it was a delight. Will be back soon.

Got there when they opened so a lot of parking was available! Highly recommend giving the shop a try! Got a smoked gouda bagel with green onion cream cheese, egg and bacon.

Pleasantly surprised to see they have a few vegetarian options as well. Much better than Einstein. Would definitely recommend to others.
