Only rating customer service. Their staff's customer service was the best thing about my experience with my pick up they were extremely friendly and willing to fix issues that occurred. The location ( which I heard they are changing thank goodness) is awful for OTR drivers. Backing into the indoor dock from the street filled with cars and random pedestrians on break Jwalking constantly. Not to mention the street is angled horribly with drainage curbs that are death traps for semis and no actually parking so there only drainage curb tip over parking or trespassing. I arrived at 1200 for a 1300 apt and got the door at 1345, out at 1445 good enough turn over but overweight on drives 3k with tendems slid all the way forward. This place is awesome, I arrived 4/24/23 at 1100 for my 1300 appointment just to find out they had my load scheduled for 4/26 at 0900, the broker screwed that one up, well anyway instead of sending me away, the lady in the office with the long blonde hair, sorry I don't know her name, she tells me she understands that if I have to sit for two days that I will be losing money so she would have a guy stay after to unload me at the end of the day, they got me out of there about 1630. I made my next appointment just in time, I may have had to sit around for 5 hours but that's way better than 2 days. Don’t waste your time in this place. Lori is a terrible manager. The only good thing about this place is David, the owner, he’s really nice but other than that this place sucks. Take it from a guy that used to work there. Lori is a woman for a manager that will use her employees for their talents and then outlive their usefulness and lets them go.
