I went here one day and when I entered the woman at the counter was extremely passive aggressive when we walked in, about 10 minutes in my girlfriend got delirious and passed out in my arms and puked on the floor, the woman at the counter was extremely rude and acting like she was nice, she told us we needed to clean up the puke immediately and remove her from the store, we were already planning on cleaning it as we aren’t rude, when I took my girlfriend outside and sat her down on the steps I was checking up on her and while she was almost too weak to walk she told us we had to bring her to the top of the stairs as they were the only entrance and all she was worried about was the fact that she was making a mess instead of the fact she wasn’t doing ok and passed out in front of her where I couldn’t help her as she wasn’t allowed back in while I cleaned up the puke. Overall horrendous customer service and if she happens to be the owner I hope she gets a new outlook on what kindness is as the heartless display showed by this woman guaranteed no one I know will be going back there after...

First off you were not watching your kids and when your child broke something your friend just put it on the shelf and acted like nothing happened, being dishonest from the beginning. And if you remember right I only charged you for half the price of the broken item. Second that clock is designed that way for a reason it's art. What you said about forcing to pay.... I visited the store recently and upon arrival I was told that I would have to give them my purse/diaper bag that was a very small backpack. That they didn’t allow large bags inside the store which I get to a certain extent. After reluctantly giving them bag and having to take out my wallet, phone, keys, I soon realized I was being singled out. Myself a mother with her child, husband and family friend had to give them my personal belongings bc they were afraid I was going to steal while there were plenty of other women with bags 3x the size of my backpack allowed to keep their bags.
