Sbarro Ontario Mills — Restaurant in Ontario

If you think about it, having a slice of Sbarro pizza requires a convergence of extraordinary events. Just think about it. To have that slice, you need to have a relatively large community first, then you need a lot of land, then you need investors, builders, construction workers, building materials, and equipment. And after several years you get a mall, but more importantly you get the mall food court. And that essentially is the only place where you'll find a Sbarro pizza joint (I also read that they are in some airport foodscourts and some college campus foodcourts as well). OK OK maybe I'm overselling the fact Sbarro is rare, but yes they are when compared to the Dominos and Pizza Huts of the world. In addition to being rare, I was reminded the other day how good their food was. I purchased two slices of XL pizza and asked for two cups of water and the man named David said they don’t give out cups of water. The other cashier had just given two cups of water to a customer that only bought one item. I was like but why did you guys just give her two cups if she only bought one item? I told David I’m not asking for you to give me free cups of water, charge me then if it bothers you so much and felt like he was discriminating some type of way towards me. I hope he never gets so thirsty that he’s going to wish for someone to offer him some water. Paid $4 for two cups of tab water. This person is so selfish, sad to be like that only to certain people. He needs to be trained better. By the way the pizza is gross, by the time you get to the register it’s already cold. The employees are slow. I wish I can give 0 Star for the service for this Sbarro at Ontario Mills. The food & price are not worthed. Bought Side potato, Bottle water, Strm spin Ind and Spag W/Sauce on 1/5/2023 at 3:31:01pm Order 590500082. The Mexican Lady very rude. She forgot to included 2 Garlic Breads for my Spaghetti (ordered 2) not even said sorry. She said we are short. When I asked her something she pretended doesnt hear me just walk away. Inside and outside the counter were very dirty. The food not fresh and cold. If you think you guys are short staff. Just close down the place. I'm not free to eat there.
