Store is very cute, but I'm giving it a 1 for the customer service. Customer service is very important in providing a good experience and wanting people to come back As soon as we walked in we were being watched constantly. At the end of my shopping I purchased a dragon plush for my baby that was marked 12.99. Mind you ALL of the smaller dragon plushes were marked 12.99. I got up there and didn't realize til after the purchase that charged me 32.99. I realized about a minute later and hadn't even left the store so I went up thinking they'd be able to fix it. The lady told me no, that they can't give refunds. (I wasnt told about this policy before i purchased the item!) My mom was there and came up to help me out and the cash register lady started giving us attitude, rolling her eyes, and being super rude. She even admitted she made a mistake but she couldn't do anything or honor the price. We told her we'd like to speak to her manager and with alot of attitude, sighing, and eye rolling she went over to the manager (who didn't even come to talk to us or apologize for the whole situation and didn't put her employee in place for being rude!) She did end up giving us a refund! And knew how to do it so it is possible. And then without saying anything and finishing the process for me took the plush and went over to look at the prices to prove us wrong. I watched her and she only looked at the big dragon plush and came back and told us with attitude "it is 32.99! Do you still want it" I think this is the same lady all of the other reviews are talking about They are horrible, judge, and assume you are going to shoplift. Never going again. If you say it was your fault and let's say you did mark the price wrong I expect you to honor it and make it right!! All customers...

The cashier with short hair and a sweater who I believe is named Ashley has a horrible attitude and has one of the worst customer service skills I’ve ever seen. If you can’t be nice, then don’t work in a setting where you are working with customers. Clearly when we asked you a simple question of how much the sanrio item was, you couldn’t be bothered to help us in any way. We couldn’t find the price and all she said was “it’s right there.” when there was no price tag. when we tried to say that, she rolled her eyes, basically yanked it out of our hands, and sighed when she finally realized it wasn’t priced. Then she scanned it, came back and only said “40” nothing else, basically dropped the item onto the floor making my husband pick it up, and walked away immediately. I can’t believe anyone would even hire someone with that bad of an attitude. I've had many years in the retail industry and in ANY sensible store, this sort of behavior deserves termination when not addressed and changed. Then again, the managers must obviously tolerate or even ENDORSE this nonsense because one of them was right there staring at us the whole time as well. We didn’t want to cause a scene, so we just left, only for us to turn around and see both Ashley and the manager crossing their arms, standing side by side, basically forcing us to leave with their stares. 0/5 stars awful customer service attitudes and if they don’t like you, they’ll stare at you until you leave. They’ll also talk in korean loudly in front of you so who knows what else they're saying right in front of you. Cannot fathom how they can possibly make ANY sales with this sort of personality running the place. Seriously the worst service I've ever...

Edit: If you have small children, do your best to keep a closer eye on them, the assistant manager will do the most passive aggressive things to get your child to stop checking out the merchandise. Very shady.

She's the Asian lady with a short bob and horrible scowl. I've been here many times but this is definitely one of my worst shopping experiences, bar none.

Please put your displays over glass if you really don't want anyone to manipulate objects around your store.

My kids are your consumers, I am not the one wanting to spend my money in your store.

Original Post: Cute plushies, cute stationary, so much cute things!! They have mugs and totes and so many different Oriental based merch. You can spend hours here trying to figure out what to buy because it's all so adorable. They sell figurines and fan merch in the back, followed by rows of extensive stationary, and plushies to your left, while you get more home and accessory items to your right.
