Spencer's — Local services in Ontario

I’m rating this store two stars because there were no warning signs outside to alert families about the adult content inside. I’m glad I came in with just my husband, but if I had brought my kids, I would have been caught off guard. The store has definitely changed since I was younger. The front section has fun items like shirts and pajama bottoms, but the back is more geared toward adults. It really should be labeled as an adult store, and families should be warned before entering. While the store was crowded and merchandise was crammed everywhere, I did find some pajama bottoms I liked, but they didn’t have my size. Customer service...

If I could rate this a 0 I would. Super disrespectful, unprofessional manager at work. Had some socks in my hand and put them back because I didnt want to get them anymore. Manager came up to me and kept asking me where the socks are infront of other customers thinking she had me in the act, I showed her where I put them, she looked and just walked away.
