Was quite disappointed and frustrated ordering food here. We were told there was a wait on the chicken even though the store was empty.

Furthermore, the co2 in the soda machine was not working, so all the soda drinks were just juice, which is frustrating because I wanted and intended to pay for a soda.

The thing that upsets me the most is how antisocial the employees are. They do not want to talk to you at all and will seem irritated when you finally manage to flag them down. I attempted to speak to an employee about the carbonation, but they ignored me while I stood at the counter. Finally, I had enough and called over an employee loudly. In speaking to her, she just told me they would look into it and basically dismissed me. Not to mention, in past experiences, getting even so much as ketchup is like pulling teeth from the employees

I enjoy coming here because I like the chicken but I'm not sure I will come again. With the long wait for a simple chicken sandwich, something that Chick-fil-A can have ready in 5 minutes, we should have just gone somewhere else. Actually I should have...

I got the two piece(spicy) chicken joy, comes with a drink, a biscuit and choice of side. I got the joy spaghetti. This is my first time trying this place so I was pretty excited to try it out. Always heard about it and it didn't disappoint. The chicken reminded me of kfc because it was seasoned so well, only difference is it's more crispy! The biscuit came with butter and honey so mauh! Buttery crisp edge with soft middle. The joy spaghetti I loved but it won't be for everyone. So to describe the taste, if you love spaghetti o's then this is the adult version of that lol. It's slightly sweet but not so much that you feel like your eating a child's meal. One awesome thing about the meal is it came with a cup of gravy, I'm guessing to dip the chicken in. I dipped my chicken and my biscuit. It was delicious, I plan to try all thier other options. I'll probably grab the small pie to go. I'll review and post my review here on the pie later.

Worst experience. I rarely leave reviews but I feel like the owner should know this. We arrived around 7 pm on a weekday, food arrived very late. To add on that, one of their cleaning lady is very rude to customers. Speaking tagalog talking ill to the other customers who are non filipino. She was very loud. At one point she even told one customer that they are lucky that she even allowed them to still eat inside. I get it you wanted to go home and finish your work on time but there's no need to be tactless and rude. We were still finishing to eat and finish our food and she continues to make side remarks. Mind you it wasnt even 8 pm yet. She even turned off the light when were still trying to finish our food. Gravy is bland - diluted with water. I was so stressed with this experience and will never go back. I don't want this lady to lose her job but the management should have a word with this lady. This is not how you treat...
