I recently visited The District Store Men’s Outfit Outlet at the Ontario Mills Mall, having been recommended by my friend Maria. She assured me I would find what I was looking for. I was initially confused about whether to go to the store in Santa Ana or Ontario, but I ultimately chose Ontario.

I was having a hard time finding a suit for my husband, as I wanted to ensure it was tailored perfectly. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Richard, who was incredibly welcoming. My husband started looking around, and I was impressed by the variety and quality of the suits available.

However, I noticed my husband was feeling frustrated with the overwhelming choices. Richard quickly stepped in and asked my husband what he needed. Without any hesitation, he began pulling suits and pants in every color we wanted to try. What amazed me was that Richard was able to find the perfect size for my husband without him even mentioning his measurements!

Once we made our selection, we also found a tie. I mentioned that I didn’t know how to tie it, and Richard immediately offered to help. The entire experience was fantastic, and I can't thank Richard enough for his assistance.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS !!! These people are discriminatory towards Mexican / Hispanics , my disabled brother is 17 years old but he has to wear clothes the size of kids , my mom bought him two tuxedo outfits and got one tailored with these people ! THEY MESSED UP HIS PANTS AND WHEN WE WENT BACK THEY SAID THEY COULD DO NOTHING !!! The person who cut my brothers pants went way too short that he couldn’t even wear his outfit to the event he wanted to , so since this happened my mom tried to go get it fixed with another lady and she brought the bottom of the pants as much as she could and still TOO SHORT ! The owner said that they didn’t cut it but how did it fit him long when he tried it on to buy it !?! MY MOM HAS PAID FOR THE PANTS .. $28 for the tailoring they messed up and paying the lady extra for bringing the pants down although it doesn’t fit him still . We asked for at least some fabric they did not want to give us any extra fabric either !!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THEIFS AND DO NOT GET ANYTHING TAILORED HERE IF YOU DO AND THEY MESS UP THEY WILL SAY ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM !! if our lady would not have brought it down either ways what would he have done !?! She can’t sow it to be longer !! So he could have just gave us a discount so we could buy something else or a new pair of pants ! SOMETHING !! But they gave us NOTHING , just a waste...

Horrible staff and store. Bought a suit that got tailored there and it is awful. The lady tailor said “mr leo” did an awful job and that job was given to her to fix. She also mentioned they are exploited and don’t get paid a fair wage by their employer which is not fair to the employee and the customer. She was then upset with us the customer because we were not happy to which she said in Spanish “I only tailor I don’t make bodies” she called my parents old and fat MANY times which is funny because they’re not 😂 very very unprofessional. Good thing I have video recording of her saying this negative comments to my parents. we are better than that and don’t body shame or age shame people. Will never come back we will make sure other people know about this. ALSO, the lady did mention her frustration that she doesn’t get paid a fair wage which is why she couldn’t continue fixing the pants because they only get paid once. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES...
