The staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to assist me with my shopping experience. I have purchased a few pairs of pants at Chico's for my wife in the past. However, I was very disappointed two days ago when I tried to return for store credit a necklace my wife had received in a community gift exchange. The item was brand new with Chico's tags, YET they would not allow me to make the return for her because she was not a "passport" member. This is supposed to be a high end store.
