(RoboLand attraction is a SCAM) Please don't waste your hard-earned money on this nightmare place. My family of 4 attended this attraction recently, and it was a complete nightmare.
RoboLand's customer service was also horrific. I also want to mention that the women's bathroom that day was also super dirty, and disgusting.
The lady's bathroom that day had no toilet paper, no soap, and the bathroom looked like it was not cleaned in weeks. The health department should shut this place down for sanitation violations.
In regard to the women toilets in the bathroom they did not even flush properly. Anyways this place is a complete disaster.
In regard to the Titan show, it was also a complete nightmare. The light show was horrible, the sound system was bad you could not understand what Titan the robot was saying at all during the show a complete train wreck.
The Titan Robot Show was very confusing to follow with no story line, nothing in the show made sense.
The rest of the robots they also marketed that day in their advertising did not even work properly including Sofia the robot to mention as well.
There seemed to be many malfunctions with all the Robots that day as well.
The City of Orlando, Florida needs to shut this place down for Fraud, and Violations of Sanitation.
I wish I could give this establishment a big fat zero for ratings, but the lowest ratings Google Reviews, will allow you to rate a venue or place is a 1 Star. Don't waste your money, and time on this Scam of a place!...
Read moreWent there late afternoon with two kids under five, my non-nerd wife, and my self (engineer). All of us enjoyed different parts of the place. Our five-year-old son was petrified of the 8-foot tall beastly Titan, but he really enjoyed the VR underwater dive. Our three-year-old daughter enjoyed the smaller robots like the dancers and dog. My wife really enjoyed Titan’s show. Luckily she didn’t get sprayed by Titan’s eye water guns, or she would have been singing a different tune with runny mascara… I generally enjoyed all of the exhibits, especially the chess playing bot. The day we went, it had beat 94 players and only lost 4. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Sure, maybe a bit “pricey” as the other reviews stated, but compared to other attractions in the area it’s actually a deal for a shorter afternoon activity. They just opened, so they seemed to have a few more items that were in the process of getting prepared. Thanks to everyone there. Hope you guys keep up the good work and...
Read moreRoboland is a must visit! The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about every robot there. They are also very accommodating. Our 7 year old and 12 year old both thoroughly enjoyed the exhibits, each with different reasons. Their ability to create both a fun atmosphere for children and almost an art exhibit atmosphere for adults is beyond me. The restaurant downstairs is a must stop before you leave. The kids menu is spot on for what they enjoy, while a more sophisticated selection is available for adults. All with a playful “Tech/Robot” play on menu items names. The bar tender is amazing and obviously has a passion for creating the perfect cocktails. The Axel-tini was perfection. You are also able to hit up the bar before visiting the exhibits and take that delicious cocktail along with you for the experience. If you leave this place disappointed, it’s your own fault. We will definitely visit again, just sad we didn’t get to see the show before we...
