I was in the area and searched for Asian cuisine and found this small but wonderful Vietnamese gem located right on I-Drive. Yes it is small with just a few tables, not a lot of decor or ambience inside, and itās tucked away in a little unassuming plaza with no clear signage, but the owners are wonderful, and the food is amazing. Service was impeccable. Offered water right off the bat without having to ask. Menu was small but concise and detailed. Food came out fast too and did I mentioned they have Vietnamese coffee and boba drinks? š I ordered the Vermicelli Chicken with shrimp and it was incredibly flavorful, so were the spring rolls. Plenty of toppings were provided and available and anything else I needed was very easy to get just by asking. I wholeheartedly recommend this place if youāre in the area and want some great Vietnamese food with outstanding service...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSecond time in Orlando and we wanted Boba and found this shop. We ended up having dinner here one night. Their menu is small but that just means the food they do serve should be good and it was. I believe the establishment is run by husband and wife and they are very kind and friendly. The pho was delicious. Beef stew was awesome. Good portions. We also had the spring rolls which were good as well. The chicken wings were fried to perfection and the sauce it came with was a nice touch as well. It was so good that my son wanted to go back before we left home so we went again and everything was delicious.
It was raining really hard the second night we went and the owner was so kind and asked every guest how far they parked and if they needed an umbrella. This is why we support small businesses like this one. We will definitely be coming back next time we...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe came into town as part of a school function. Our schedule had us looking for anything that was open just before 10PM. The sign for Mama Bear said open, but we hesitated walking in. We could see a gentlemen wiping tables down like they were getting ready to close. He noticed us and assured us that they were open, when we asked. I had a chicken banh mi. My son had dumplings, and my wife had steak pho. We were blown away by the depth of flavor these dishes pack. We also enjoyed a tea and a milk. Both were very delicious. I ended up looking the hours up, after we finished eating. At this point, it was after 10 and Google said they were closed. The way they took care of us, you would have never known. Their hospitality made us feel so welcome. To follow up with one of the best meals Iāve had in a long time, Mama Bear is on a level that is hard to...
