First visit, appointment for oil change and diagnosis of a front collision camera error message. Was told I had to reschedule to diagnose for error because they hooked up a vehicle with only an oil appointment and could not do both at the same time. They said they had only one cable. Said it would take three plus hours for an update to fix my vehicle. Also said I needed to either drop off my car or be prepared to sit all day waiting as now two updates were going to be needed. Scheduled another appointment. Asked how many vehicles they could diagnose at a time, was now told two (by a different employee). Was diagnosed in 15 minutes and needed parts, no update needed. They never called to let me know my car was done and I was without my vehicle all day, getting rides from a friend, for no reason. Scheduled an appointment because of a gas gauge issue, called the day before to confirm 9 am appointment. Was told it was at 1 pm. I also asked if the parts were in yet (from the last visit), they said yes and I asked if they were also putting the new parts on or if I needed to schedule another appointment, they said they would do both. I never got a call from the Parts Manager letting me know the parts were in. Came in at 1 pm and saw it written on the board for 9am, but someone drew an arrow to 1pm and had given my appointment to someone else. They changed the parts (that I didn't even know were in until when I asked), but they didn't root cause the gas gauge issue at all. Then they told me they knew nothing about it (gas gauge issue), it wasn't written down and that wasn't what my appointment was for. So, they were calling me a liar. They called the person who made the appointment with me and confirmed I was telling the truth and the appointment was made for the gas gauge issue. Now I am here longer for something they could have diagnosed while doing the part fix. Customer service is the worst of any dealership, in any of the four states I have lived in. From Ford Rangers to F150 to f250 to Broncos to 6.0 diesels to Ranger Tremor, JR was very PROFESSIONAL and reassuring when I overheard a conversation with a customer and when it came time to tell me about my vehicle I just knew I would not only bring my truck back in but my father's trucks as well and I know my Pops would agree. I really can't wait to get my Tremor Ranger back in for much needed repairs from my abuse but I really had to put this truck to the test because I want to know my son will be able to take this ranger to come and visit me now that I am so far from home from the 3 out of 12 most important people in my life besides my mother. I am extremely happy with my visit today! I highly recommend Lake Powell Ford! Paul, Frankie, Tanner, and Ryan really took care of us and it was refreshing to see such an awesome interdependent team working together to help people out. I am a happy lady!
update: I just got done doing research on the 2017 Chevrolet Cruze premier edition and the only issue I have is I wish I could give Lake Powell Ford 100 stars.... The price, the service, the effort and work they put into making sure I was taken care of is overwhelming right now. I love this car and I am learning new things about it every day. Now I know that they are a Ford dealership so I want to say that looking at their inventory I was not disappointed. I personally do not buy Fords, however if the Cruze was not on their lot I probably would have considered a Fusion, Fiesta, or those adorable eco sports that they have next to the door.
