Lake Powell Resorts & Marinas Boat Storage — Attraction in Page

The tv isn’t hooked up to WiFi. The kitchen is barely stocked with supplies for cooking. We found a spider nest of 8 spiders in the kid’s room. On top of that, the lack of communication and hidden fees is ridiculous. We not only are paying for our rooms and have to pay the entrance fee, but also apparently have to pay for parking?! Isn’t that included with the place we rented? Also, our group has pets and we read that the rooms won’t be cleaned if the pets are left unattended. That’s fine with us, but when we arrived they said that pets aren’t allowed to be unattended and threatened to check our place every hour to make sure it didn’t happen. Then they add an additional pet fee which wasn’t stated anywhere. You only get one confirmation email with minimal details. We didn’t even know where or how we were supposed to check-in without calling to ask. No maps or directions were given beyond its at the end of the highway. How is that helpful? I called ahead to see if pack n plays were available for our baby and they said we could request it but nothing is guaranteed and they are on a first come first serve basis. I’m glad that I brought my own because I’m sure I would have ended up with nowhere for my baby to sleep. We are staying at the Bullfrog Family Units. The only nice thing is the air...

This whole place is a shambles. Resort & marina. I could give a huge long list of all the hiccups during our time (which we are only halfway through lol) but to summarize it, the service and quality is lacking. This place is wild.

The marina is the Wild West with no efficiency or politeness. They couldn’t rent kayaks because they had no paddles (huh?!), jet skis apparently unavailable for us but then rented to the two groups behind us??? We managed to rent a jet ski after following up with staff. So very confusing.

Resort: please just fix the rooms (particularly our shower handle) and update the amenities if you plan on continuing to be the ‘luxury’ accommodation option in Lake Powell. I have been in campsites in the wilderness with better toilet paper and friendlier more efficient service.

Rented 53 foot houseboat for a week in July. Awesome area. Had a great time. Houseboat air conditioning did not live up to the heat, most days 100+. AC froze up on us several time. Several slept on top deck due to insufficient AC. Refrigerators did not work properly, had to rely on coolers. Lost food. Advised not to let kids play on back of boat if generator was running. Had to shut off generator during the day due to kids playing off the back of the boat and jumping into water when beached so no AC during that time.
