My friend and I booked a flight for Sunday June 9 morning and arrived well ahead of time. Unfortunately, no one from the company showed up. The manager never called, and all contact numbers were unavailable. Despite being there early, we were left stranded with no assistance. Even worse, staff from neighboring companies showed no concern for our situation. When we asked for help, they simply said they couldn’t assist us. This level of disregard and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. However, there was one bright spot. Airport station manager who was not even responsible for our flight, went above and beyond to help us. She managed to track down the elusive manager who never called or apologized. This incredibly kind manager then found us an amazing pilot, who took us soaring above a rainbow bridge. Although I can’t mention her name, if you ever find yourself in a similar situation, look for the pilot she recommended.
