The normal person i see is Tamika, she is amazing. I went in today for a massage and they booked me with Tamara. Ive never been to her before but i was in such pain in my mid back i would see anyone. The massage was super light touch with jolts of elbowing. I told her the elbowing hurt if she could stop using her elbow. Mid service she left the room to get oil and through out the massage she was talking to Alexa. She didn't ever work on the area where i was in pain and when i rolled over i had to lay flat on my back where i was in pain for the rest of the session. I really wanted to cut it short but i didn't want to be rude. I paid, tipped her and left. It felt as if she had no experience so i called the owner to give her a private review stating my experience and she immediately yelled at me didn't hear anything i wanted to say because she didn't let me speak. I wasnt looking for a refund, but id had enough. I asked for a full refund of all massage certificates i had with them and told the owner i would never do business with her again. My sister and I came in for pedicures and to use the salt room. We’ve never used a salt room so we didn’t know what to expect. The receptionist asked my sister afterward if she could taste the salt on her lips and mentioned that everyone comments on that but neither of us noticed anything different. Then the receptionist went back to the salt room and we heard her tell the person using it that she hadn’t turned it on- but it was making the same fan noises as when my sister and I were using it. 🤷🏼‍♀️ The most disappointing thing was after an amazing pedicure the esthetician told me my nails were dry and put my shoes on me. I had a busy day and forgot to wear open toed shoes when I left the house that morning. She rushed things and my nails weren’t all the way dry, it ended up ruining the polish on my big toes. During our stay in Page, my mother and I visited Lake Powell Massage & Spa for 90 minute deep tissue massages with Timeeka and Raynita and it ultimately became one of the highlights of our entire trip. Having previously seen over 50 massage therapists between us both, we each were in awe of how well we both felt leaving our sessions with Timeeka and Raynita. We both struggle with chronic neck, shoulder, and back pain and were absolutely amazed at how well each of our massages were able to truly get to the route of our pain and provide us with more relief than we have had in years. In addition to our exceptional experience during our sessions, we also so greatly appreciated the assistance in booking and customer service from the kind woman at the front desk. I would recommend to anyone in the area and will most definitely be back....
