Wow, a hidden gem in Page! Placed my order at the front/bar and chose my seat. I indulged in the abuela's chicken soup and the prickly pear cactus quinoa salad with chicken for lunch. Both dishes were incredibly tasty, but the abuela's chicken soup is a standout – I could savor it for days! We didn't stay at Hyatt and came here for late dinner after all the other places were packed. We ordered Pesto flatbread, Southwestern Alfredo with chicken and Mango habanero tofu tacos. Apart from the tacos, all the food tasted like frozen food. The chicken had a funny flavor. I couldn't eat beyond a couple of spoons. Yes, we didn't realize this was in a hotel when we chose it. The food sounded good and it was not in a busy part of town. Well we LOVED the food. They have the best grilled cheese (smoked Gouda, poblano peppers) you'll ever have. We had prickly pear margaritas that were superb and my kid loved her tomato soup.
