When we came in this hôtel the 8th september 2022 at 8.40 pm after our wedding in Las Vegas at the wynn hotel yesterday. So first The lady at the desk charge us one more time after a complete payment online and she said no you have to pay, so we trust her and finaly she said just sorry it’ sur Been already paid but i dont seen, we will refund you in 4days.. how can she do that? You dont have informations about us in the computer? her nails polish was dirty (peeling) very bad image for Hyatt, she didn’t propose us the nice view that you can see on their website, it’s her job to sell us this, we choose this hôtel because it’s the most expensive in Page 220$ per night.. so we get the view on the parking that you can not see on their pictures/we site. So I go back downstair and she said i have free rooms but it’s 30$ per night like we are poor, like we can’t pay, i feel ready bad and belittled!!! I can’t understand how they can call that a restaurant, but it’s not a one trust me it’s just a self service, you have to order on the desk, on the menu no meats so we choose the cheesburger and it’s came cold whitout taste and nothing was fresh, fresh Frozen only! the guy forget the forks and knifes and when i get it was dirty.. where we are? i refused to give a tip and put a comment and the invoice! and she ask me why, I asked for a manager and she told me that they don’t have managers! How can a hotel can not have a manager to assist the team? Customers? The reservation is on the name of my wife (Bernard) we took also a room for his mother, 2 nights for all of us until 10th morning. It was like a small part of our honey moon. Dear Customers, i strongly advise you to never choose this place. I know that i will get apologize only online for an managers or director beind his screen but don’t loose your time. I will also write on all website who propose the services of this hôtel if we can call it like this.. if tomorow i’m sick about the food i will call a lawyer to help me. They dont ask if we had allergys or nothing. It’s a dangerous place, please stay safe out of there. I put one star because de cannot...
Read moreRooms were nice breakfast was great. The front desk all need to be retrained on what it means to be in the hospitality field. Here's an easy tip "smile" when you greet your guests. Pretend like you are more than happy to help, even if you have been asked that same question 20 times today. There is nothing like driving 3.5 hours to be greeted by a front desk attendant that is clearly over her day at work. No "thank you for choosing Hyatt" or "let us know how we can make your stay more enjoyable ". Nope not here, wham bam "heres your key rooms that way" peace out. Now as for the management and specifically Madahhsa and the other very rude female who spoke to my husband on Oct 22. If you have a billing issue as we did. Do not expect timely returned calls, returned emails and do not expect reasonable outcomes from the management. After 3 weeks of phone tag with Madassa. We were finally told (not by Madassa mind you) but by the rude front desk gal "thats our policy and we stand behind it" and "maybe you should use common sense and read the fine print" Essentially we found a better room rate less than 24 hours later (all booked on the Hyatt site) and cancelled our initial room reservation and rebooked immediately. Oversight on our behalf that the "fine print" states no cancellations. Reasonable management would recognize an honest mistake. We maintained a reservation, we stayed the exact dates, we were 2.5 weeks out from our reservation date. Nope, does not matter to Hyatt, this is their policy. No room for human error. So we paid approximately $1300 for a 2 night stay!! Madassa was initially willing to refund us half the stay but had to end the phone call claiming poor reception and then never called us back. Needless to stay we will not stay here again. So if you are a human who has ever made a mistake and lacks "common sense" I would not suggest staying here. We most definitely learned our lesson. I hope Hyatt takes a few notes too. Happy...
Read moreWhat a step up from the normal free continental breakfast most hotels do. We had to sign up to be apart of their “World of Hyatt” membership program but that was free too. They offered a veteran discount and I was super happy about the value my family got from this hotel. The only thing I wasn’t happy about was the thermostat not being able to go below 68 degrees. Being on the third floor (room 337), and having the heat rise made our sleep a little uncomfortable and I did speak to the staff about it that morning. I found out that I could have requested for maintenance to come and lower the temperature and I’ll have to do that next time we stay.
We ate dinner in the lobby/bar and Josh was so friendly and nice to us. Our waitress, was great, friendly and knowledgeable on what to recommend for us to eat and drink from the menus. There was a fire place outside that we were able to enjoy while we sipped on our adult beverages and watched the sunset. I was a little bummed the pool was closed, but understand that it is a seasonal thing.
Breakfast was so good! They even had options for those following a keto diet, and had half and half along with stevia sweetener. They also had a Starbucks you could order from, if you chose to do that. There was also spa/flavored water throughout the lobby and made me happy too. Overall our family was very pleased with staying here. This was my first experience staying at a Hyatt and I will be looking for the chain more as we...
