The response gives me the exact understanding, my review is regarding the multiple children who left empty handed and the attitude we received. Yes we were able to win we also bought 200$ of points to be able to win, so unless everyone is expected to pay 200$ for 20 plushies that's extreme. We also understand the world that is happening around us and the cost going up, it also took all 4 people combining at the end to even be able to win a medium pikachu pillow and a funko pop for 200$. I never said we didnt win anywhere in my post, I said the staff is definitely different and they used to help people win. To the point a Dad asked to buy a toy for their child, and when my dad tried to win it the only reason we were treated nicer was because my dad ran over and gave the kid a toy. If you are going to watch and comment about what we did after spending 200$ in your business but not post the positive or even the fact the many other kids left empty handed which is what my whole review was about, please make sure to post the whole story not just what makes your business look okay.
Honestly our experience here then today was interesting, watching young children leave without anything which never has happened before when we have gone. They normally help the kids win, this wasn't happening today explains why it was empty. The on duty manager who had previously stated she wasn't snipped at me when I stated the other manager normally is helping people win, that she is the manager. We had one toy that was in the shoot had caught by its cord and normally that's a win not today. All the prices on each machine is more expensive used to be 8 now everything is 10points plus to get, alot of the claws don't grab like they used to and its sad. Was a super fun place to go to and win up to bigger prizes but now its just a waste of money. Especially for people with younger children because they can't even see and the workers aren't going to...
Read moreLove this place. My first thought when it opened was "what a complete scam"but my opinion changed very quickly after our first few trips. The claws have rubber on the tips to grab better, they lock way stiffer than standard close machines, and the employees are always happy to tell you all the tricks.
We've been going maybe once a month since they opened. I have never been there and not had an employee give me a free game or stack the stuffies inside the machine near the chute to make them easier to win. They even allow you to swap out the plush you get with anything else in the same machine so you can grab the easiest to get and still go home with the one you want!
The staff clearly want everyone to walk out happy and my daughter...
Read moreFun way to spend some money that you don't need. We introduced 2 new adults and 2 kids to the experience..... so I think combine all 6 of us spent $160 total. The value is gonna be what you assign the value to.
It's a cute shop! Bright and inviting.
Service was helpful. They will shuffle the plushies or exchange when you ask.
Some machines were a bit in the low side, but we just stayed away from the low ones or asked for a reshuffle.
My Spam plushie was exchanged for 15 others, but we kept all the...
