Do not go to this location. I was profiled for tattoos while I had my two autistic children with me . The incident was that I didn’t use hangers at the dressing room because my children like to play with them and can hurt them selfs I let her put them on hangers because it wasn’t worth the fight . After I tried on my items the lady caught attitude because I left the hangers and I was buying the items I tried on . I told her my kids were overwhelmed and needed to go. She had attuned with me like I was a child and said I could at least bring the hangers out . Luckily another customer over heard the conversation & defended me . I then asked to speak to a manager and the manger didn’t apologize and told her worked to be quiet . I told them they can count them because I’m not hanging them up because I’m buying them . They let me walk off but theirs eyes were on me the whole time I walked to the register mind you the clothes had sensor tags on them . There wasn’t a moment I was alone or were Harassing me. I went to self checkout because I wanted to avoid any other interaction after my terrible experience . At self checkout they scanned everything for me didn’t leave me alone & the manager hovered over me. Nobody else at self checkout was approached or bothered . Even after watching like a hawk I still had to show my receipt out the door. I spent $200 tonight at the store . I wasnt told sorry & my experience was made worst even after talking to the manager . She needs way more training but I don’t believe she is a good fit for a manager and her role should be changed. I’m never going back to this place & I regret spending any money tonight. Do better & treat your customers with respect & trained your...
Read moreI I was minding my own business school shopping for my kids when I was approached by a lady that worked in the dressing room Department. if she had approached me with discretion and respect it would have been acceptable but she approached me loud and ignorant to the point where a small crowd was watching her put the situation on display. She told me I wasn't allowed to eat some chips from the bag I was about to buy. I spent over $300 in the store that day. There was no reason for her to approach me the way she did. There was no reason for her to tell me I couldn't eat what i was in line to purchase. I'm diabetic and felt sick so I grabbed what was closest to me. There are no signs posted and when I told her there's no signs posted about NOT eating or a diabetic NOT being able to eat in order to stop from being sick. This bully continued harrassing me by calling her manager over her walkie talkie and the manager picked up where she left off. Making me uncomfortable and my kids were feeling uncomfortable also. The manager was just as ignorant with zero manners or discretion and said it was a California state law people are NOT allowed to eat inside the store. I'm looking it up & I can't find a penal code or any laws that back up this entire unnecessary situation. Unprofessional & unacceptable. I'm concerned with the fact that these girls/women may have targeted me & my children. Discrimination is real & contacting the BETTER BUSINESS BEUREU may...
Read moreThis Ross store customer service and employee assistance were lazy. The security guard was more helpful at checkout than the employees. I purchased a container set, I thought, all the other pieces were enclosed wrapped in paper inside the box no visible signs of being separate. Purchased at self checkout, the guard looked at my receipt, and asked to check the items, store policy, okay. The guard apologized for the misunderstanding as we checked the additional containers, by unwrapping them, and in fact they were separate, and had not been unwrapped. She tried to get help for me, and no one showed up. All the while employees were walking around and only one clerk at checkout, and a long line. I had to get back in line to get any kind of assistance. Crazy. The store employees were lazy, and had no interest in helping...
