Breeze Ski Rentals @ Park City Mountain Village — Local services in Park City

Rude and unhelpful. First time skiing in Park City and normally we would go to Colorado, however May not be back simply because of the experience we’ve had. Two guys specifically were quite rude to my partner and I when we simply were trying to get fitted for the skis we reserved. When asking about valet ski drop off, they told us some obscure location and behaved as if we were supposed to know exactly where to go. Tons of unnecessary attitude when asking where exactly that was. If you can’t be kind to people who pay for your hospitality, you need to find another job. Just returning from a short trip to Park City. I strongly recommend to look for other rental options. I was only renting skis and stood there for 10-15 mins with ski techs staring at me doing absolutely nothing at all because their whole process depended on processing renters in order (was a backlog of people needing boots). The staff was disinterested, bordering on rude. Finally, they overcharge significantly compared to other options at the mountain village...

When we arrived to pick up my husbands’ ski rentals, it had been one of those horrible days where everything just keeps getting worse! There was one gentleman at Breeze that was so kind. He could probably tell something was wrong, as my eyes were all puffy and red from crying. They helped us change a few things on the rental, gave us some helpful tips about the area.
