I was just in PC a couple weeks ago to walk Main Street for the first time. I went into several cool shops but this shop stood out to me. The product in the store shows both an luxury fashion brand apparel and the designer’s attention to detail. The merch surpassed anything I have ever seen. The staff in this store was friendly, kind and I felt important, valued and welcomed from the moment I walked in the doors. The team shared info about the business owner and the company history. I really enjoyed hearing about the company how this was all started as a family business and the trait has continued. Keep up the good work, family history, value and the dedication to quality! I value this business mindset, love the uniqueness and the materials offered. In this day and age many focus on how to move merchandise fast and get money in their pockets but fail to focus on product quality and longevity. Visiting Park City on vacation and purchased boots. I called the following day to inquire about return before leaving SLC. Alessa advised she’d need to ask her boss who just returned from Milan and would call me back, with potential to return via mail if he approves it. At the time of purchase was not advised of return or refund policy as it’s not displayed anywhere to a customer. Should be at register if at best telling someone all sales final.

I calked back today and Alessa said her boss stated no returns / refunds. I received a follow up from Sergio, owner, to address my concern. We were able to come to a satisfactory resolution. He was very cordial and spoke to me as he would’ve been the customer. He provided background as well on their policy which I can respect dealing with customization.

I’d just like to add, it always best to know any stores purchase and refund policy especially when you don’t live in the respective place.
