Shoe Carnival — Local services in Pembroke Pines

Such an amazing experience today! We got 9 pairs of shoes! They have such great selection and even a good clearance section too! I opened an account, so I can start accumulating points because I know I will def be coming back for sure. Everything was so clean and very well organized! Huge shout out to Tevin, the manager and Athena our cashier. I got to spin the wheel and Tevin made it super incredibly fun by clapping to see what my prize was going to be. These two def made my shopping experience so worth it. If corporate is reading this, definitely do something nice for these two because they sure deserve it. I’ve been to another shoe carnival and I will not go back there. The customer service that was provided exceeding my expectations!! Nowadays it’s become so hard to find workers that want to work or just don’t provide this quality of service. Thank you a million times Athena and Tevin! You guys are the real MVPs!! Keep killing it. I feel compelled to write this review to make sure this store gets its act together before it's too late. I went to buy shoes and found a pair in the clearance section, where all boxes had a red label, except for the one I got. I asked the manager if the shoes were in the right section and he said yes but said that was the final price. He also started saying that was the ONLY pair left in the store and that I should feel "lucky". I then walked around some more and found a bunch of boxes with the same shoe and pointed out to the manager, who proceeded to lie through his teeth about how that was a new "batch", instead of simply saying the shoes were misplaced. He was so sarcastic and condescending; I honestly don't know how that person can be a manager. His name is Daniel, and he deserves to be called out. The women working in this store were not nice at all.   They were weird, awkward, and rude. We were not greeted when we entered nor were asked if we needed help, while we were looking through the store.  We were there for at least an hour trying to find shoes and no one came and asked if we needed help. Then when we were checking out, their demeanor is very weird and unprofessional. I felt very uncomfortable.  The woman who i think was a manager had an extremely bad attitude and the lady that was with her was miserable.  They couldn't even honor the sign for a hat I wanted to buy. It said the hats were 20 % off and she said no they aren't.  On top of that she was going to charge me $ 24 instead of the ticket price of $22 so if I didn't say anything about the ticket price she would of...
