I have known Jim for years. We lived across the street from him when I was growing up. He always took care of my sisters and my mom with any of our jewelry needs. Him and my dad were very good friends. After my dad passed away, Jim split up one of my mothers diamond rings. It was a three piece diamond ring that he split up for me and my three sisters he did a marvelous job. I will always cherish this ring....

Glad I read the issue with hours not matching Google before going myself. No clue how these other reviews state "Jamie is personal/ professional" because when I called in advance to confirm the store hours that was not the case and it appears the owner works whenever he wants depending on what you need. Call ahead is my recommendation, but I'm not giving my time or money to Renaissance...

I had the best experience here! I walked in during the work day without an appointment because I noticed both of my necklaces and rings had new stains on them. The gentleman was so gracious and offered to clean them right on the spot. He also helped me determine if they needed to be resized.
