We were in TN in September for my daughter's Bachelorette party when we happened to wander into Drop Zone. Instantly we were greeted and made to feel right at home. We were offered samples before we bought anything, we talked, we laughed we had an all around great time!!!! Rod and Bubba are 2 of the sweetest, nicest men you could ever meet. And let me say that the moonshine we tasted was some of the best moonshine I ever had. And don't get me started on the bloody mary..... I have never had one and never really wanted to try on but I did that day and by the end I was walking out with all the ingredients to make some for that evening. By the time we left we walked out with bags full of delicious moonshine, merchandise and our hearts full from meeting those 2 amazing men. Fast forward to the wedding day and everyone that had a shot of the shine that day couldn't get over how smooth and delicious it all was. If you find yourself in Knoxville or Pigeon Forge I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you stop in to Drop Zone, say Hi to Rod and Bubba and get you some of the best moonshine and bloody Mary you could...

Best stop of our trip! Bubba is a master of his craft. The tasting was awesome and he ran us through all of his flavors and gave us the insight into how each one is done. Please do not come here if you want a “tourist” moonshine/whiskey tasting. If you want real liquor served by someone who actually knows what he’s talking about and cares about the product he’s producing… you absolutely will not find a better place.
