My wife and I were shopping for a 30th Anniversary ring. Also, we had a piece of jewelry from my wife's grandmother. Our intent was to sell the jewlery and use the proceeds for a portion of my wife's anniversary ring.

As always, we began at the Clark Building in downtown Pittsburgh. We have purchased, in the past, from various Clark Building jewelry shops and were pleased with price and quality. What we learned (after visiting several highly-rated jewelers) was that the ring my wife dreamed of was impossible to observe. After making a request of what she was looking for, all jewelers stated that we would have to shop from the catalog? We really could not find a ring to pose on my wife's finger that satisfies my wife's desire.

At the same time, we were asking various jewelers about the trade-in value of the jewelry we intended to sacrifice. One of the jewelry shops suggested, for trading in the jewelry, we visit Yuriy on Smithfield Street. Visiting Yuriy was one of the best things we ever did. Yuriy was quick to appraise the jewelry. We could even walk out with cash! His price was by-far the best. Yuriy was honest in pointing out why the value was so high. We would have never known.

The next step was the biggest. Yuriy asked about our intentions in the anniversary ring. We stated how we cannot observe what my wife was looking for. Yuriy asked for the opportunity to create a design, show us a preliminary design on paper, and eventually create a replica! My wife showed some online pictures of her intent - the size, the cut, the design of the ring, but most of all, a design that will allow light to pass through at the maximum brilliance. All of the priorities were taken-in. ‪In one week‬, Yuriy presented to us (graphically) some design options. We enjoyed seeing alternative designs suggested by Yuriy. Yuriy would mention price, and also,  pros and cons of the design. We finally arrived at a design and Yuriy created a replica. We were able to see the actual design of the ring (including representative diamonds) on my wife's finger! After only two weeks, we were handed the final product - truly sensational and everything my wife was looking for. All done with expert advice, expert design, friendly service, exceptional quality, and, great price!

My fiancé designed the PERFECT ring with all of Yuiry’s help! It was absolutely stunning and shines unlike any diamond I’ve ever seen! Maybe I’m just bias. Regardless it is the most beautiful diamond ever! Yuiry has such an amazing soul for helping others, his passions and desires for building jewelry is unlike anything I’ve ever seen!!!
