So I have a friend that i see working there all the time. It was the first time he wasn’t working when I went in. The guy is so nice but this one worker was just very rude. So I was buying a pipe obviously to do use it for weed. It’s recreational over here and I asked if they worked the night shift and d Then asked for hours so I know when buddy would be back in. In a very rude tone, she said, first of all, we do not hide people who buy these. Then she said we drug test the way. She said it was very rude. I’m not over exaggerating, so I said wait that was kind of rude. I was actually the tone wasn’t too nice. So they’re working become shocked that I said that they were rude to me and then continues with saying get out my shop I’m not saying. Basically exhale has lost a customer for life and if I get any opportunity to tell someone about it so I will some this morning please so disgusting how rude they were to me. I am open minded person. I am super respectful but I don’t think this is disrespect from anyone. so just know. I’m one employee with a beard and a hat is not a good look for the business....

I did not even have to go to the store to give it one star and here is why: I called tonight to see if they had something in stock and the employee not only neglected to answer the phone but then took the phone off the hook. How do I know this without being there? Because I know what a busy tone means when the line has just gotten done ringing through.
