We asked to see an item in a case and whoever helped us was getting angry that she couldn't find the right key. Then she had trouble reaching the item in the front of the case. After seeing the item, we realized it wasn't what we were looking for and she was quite rude about it, saying she should make us buy the item for wasting her time. Really?
