This is the "WORST" store and service I have ever been to and experienced. I bought 2 suits, with the pants to be tailored. The store staff and the Taylor were a bit pushy and kept insisting and trying to persuade me to tailor and wear the suits how they felt convenient instead of the way I wanted. They didn't have my size on the 2nd suit so they had to order it and have it tailored. The person who attended to me stated that he would call me once the pants had arrived and were tailored, for pick. I never received a call and a week of calling the store and no one answering, I felt exactly like some of the other previous customers who posted a review about this store, once they got a sale and my money, they no longer took any interest in assisting me.I decided to go directly to the store. There was chaos all over the place and it appeared under staffed as the staff were bickering and arguing between themselves in front of the customers about who was and was not going to attend to what person or customer. I called the store 3 times while I was there and no one motioned or attempted to motion towards the phones at all, to answer. I managed to locate the same person who previously assisted me on purchasing my suits and inquired about his lack of not contacting me or anyone answering the telephone when I attempted to contact the store and he gave some BS story about how the phone system was not working at the time. I then inquired about my second pair of pants that were supposed to be tailored. he looked confused and tried to play it off, turned out the pants were in the front of the store racks the whole time instead of in the back, and were never tailored, so now I have to make a 2nd trip back. Upon paying for the tailoring, they didn't have any change in the register and the store manager "was not" on location at the time to issue any currency for change. This by far was the worst service I have ever experienced and in Rancho Cucamonga of all places. I'll just stick to the Chino Hills store and location. BUT if this is how Men's Wearhouse continues to conduct their stores and business, then ill just find some where's else to take and conduct...

Walked in today and stood across from two employees. Waited there for 5 minutes while they were talking about hockey. I finally asked if I could be helped and Tony the manager shot back asking me if I had a problem. I told him I was waiting and felt as if I was interrupting their conversation and he immediately accused me of having an attitude. I told him I wanted to return suit and he said I couldn’t because tags were off and suit was altered. He was lying. The suit had not been altered and terms of return didn’t say anything about tags needing to be on. He then claimed I had an attitude again. I interjected and Tony told me to shut up; that he was talking. It took everything in me to not reach over and teach him a bit of a lesson but I wanted to get my money back. He then walked me over to the cashier (who was busy on the phone when I initially walked in). He continued to accuse me of having an attitude. I dismissed him by saying thank you repeatedly and told him to go away.
I read reviews on the horrible customer service and this experience was beyond that. It seemed Tony wanted a physical altercation which he almost got.
Stay away from this company. They’ll probably be closing down even more stores and Tony can find work as a fast food manager or something to...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible customer service! Honestly, I have never been to a Men's Wearhouse before, but after today's experience I will never return and give them my business. I came here with hopes of finding my son nice attire for his Homecoming dance. As soon as we entered we were (not) greeted by a man drinking his starbucks which apparently he did not like by the grimace on his face. He quickly turned and went back to the counter to switch out the coffee in his hand for another cup. (Still had not greeted us). He proceeded to take a sip, of what now is the correct coffee, and with a mouthful turns to us and says "could you sign in please, you're looking at about an hour wait." I said "oh ok, is there anyway we could self-serve?" His response, "Yeah, if you can find something we can try to ring you up, there's only two of us today." This whole interaction took place with a snarky tone and he continued to have food in his mouth.
I really did feel as though us entering the store greatly interfered with his breakfast and we were bothering him.
Needless to say, we walked out and will be shopping somewhere else. Thanks for the experience...
