Where does one start!?! I am not a fan of the customer service here but I do like the mall. So sad that a lovely mall has the worst VS service I've seen in over 20 yrs as a customer. I went shopping there on Tuesday my 40th birthday, bought a pair of leggings, a tee, a few beauty items, and had my VIP Angel card coupon for some free undies (which one nice associate assisted me with digging through the very very disorganized/overstuffed drawers...but she was sweet) I waited forever in line, but oh well right?! They were busy. However I did notice a few associates grouped together chatting though one was moving a small sign fixture around. Ok sure. I checked out, they're not super friendly but they go through robot checkout script. Fast forward, I lost my charm bracelet my 5 yr old gave me that morning for my birthday. I call and asked them to check if they would. They did and a kind associate called me back to tell me they would put it in their locked drawer. So on Wednesday, I returned to the store, where the mgr with 2 braids in her hair went to look (after finishing dressing another mannequin) when I approached her and was looking, went to the back of the other part but disappeared. For a LONG TIME. So I went looking for her. I asked her about it "sorry a customer needed my help". I was appalled. A different nice young lady said she would look also but with no luck. WHERE IS MY BRACELET?! WHO STOLE IT FROM THEIR STAFF OR DID THEY NEVER BOTHER TO LOOK FOR IT WHILE I WAITED FOR AT LEAST 30 MIN OR MORE. I'm heartbroken. Absolutely...
Read moreI went to buy a gift for my friend. Staff seemed like they did not want to be there. The only nice one was the lady who checked me out. Upon checking out, I paid cash, put in my account details. She asked me to email or print my receipt. I selected email and print receipt. However, she was having difficulties printing the receipt. I then told her, I selected email receipt so I should get it in my email as well right? She replied yes. Because the manager was taking awhile to come and help her. I had other errands to run. When in fact, I should have stayed and got my physical receipt. Moving forward, i came back days later to return my items. But even before I checked my email to look for my receipt in my email. What do you know? It was no where. I kinda panicked but went in store to explain my situation. The staff asked if i paid with a card or ordered online but i did neither. I paid cash unfortunately. And I get penalized for doing so too. I knew what time and day i bought it and I came to the same store too. They said they could not help me and could only do an even exchange. Please note, I do not shop at Victoria secrets as their items do not fit me and are uncomfortable. I have a bigger bust and i bought smaller sizes for my friend. I am upset that they told me they could not do anything for me and could not accommodating as it was their fault for not giving me a receipt. Read moreVictoria Secret and PINK advertises itself as a luxurious brand image yet fell short to it. I anticipated that my purchase would be handled and presented with the uptmost care and attention to details. Unfortunately the careless manner in which the Victoria Secret PINK cashier yesterday night packed my Victoria Secret undies fell well short of the standard "Luxury". It was messy, and sloppy with no care. Definitely reduces my desire to own the items due to low perceived value and concern with how the high end item is carelessly mishandled.
Not only that my Victoria Secret undies was packaged poorly with no attention to details. The cashier failed to properly apply the 5 for $30 on my purchases, which resulted in a return and rebuy process. I did not see a level of professionalism and hassle free environment due to the reluctant facial expression that I've received after she made the mistake with my order. I would expect an apology which I didn't get one, she was not attentive.
