This is going to be a long one because I was so happy with my experience and I want to highlight this amazing individual! I just want to say thanks to the person who helped me, I hope they might see this as I didn’t catch their name, but I can only describe them as taller, and having brown hair and glasses (I think) and they just went above and beyond without my ever asking that of them. They were professional, worked with my time crunch, asked the right questions, found me not only exactly what I was looking for but something else for an even better deal for both than just the item I was going in for. I’ve seen reviews that say that the staff is unhelpful or rather pushy and I just want to share my absolutely excellent experience. And hopefully you all might be helped by this lovely individual! I was in a major rush trying to find an outfit for work and I go into WHBM for black slacks. I picked out a couple as I am generally a size 8 but wasn’t sure what size would fit me at this store as honestly I’d never shopped there before. Initially they ask me questions about what I’m looking for and as I was in a rush I was just trying to be polite and get to the fitting room asap. They followed me to the fitting room with another size of the slacks (size 4 just in case you are also usually a size 8) and the pair he brought me were not only the only ones that fit but they fit perfectly like a glove. Then, checking out, as I had asked earlier if they had any black camisoles in store and they had said no, they proceeded to give me the option to have one ordered and sent to me in addition to my order as they had a $30 off $100 deal for actually less money than it would have been to just purchase my slacks. I also just received the cami and they had ordered a size XS as an executive decision without my guidance as which I usually am a M or a S, and it fits just like a glove as well. I have no idea how they were so good at estimating sizes. AND I was out of the store still on my timeline. I was just so impressed and thankful. Thanks again whoever you were, wish I caught your name so I could include it, but this was a few weekends back. I really did appreciate your help. Just goes to show how sometimes you as a shopper might think you know best/what you need or are blinded by being in a hurry and there are people out there who will show you what you actually need with your best interests in mind.
Lastly, if this gets back to the store management, if you know who this individual is, give them a bump in a pay or a promotion. They were so on the ball it was crazy. They were so knowledgeable of your product, perceptive of the customers needs, and worked fast with my time crunch....
