Definitely won’t be coming back! We came in Sunday evening for the very first time and everything was going good until I over hear an employee getting loud with my brother! Yes I understand it is unsanitary to pick a gummy out of the little candy tubs but being extremely rude and unprofessional about it is not okay! She was putting up the tonsils in his face and yelling about how that’s why they have those and then she slammed them back in their place and yelled “ now I have to throw all of this away “ ?! I didn’t catch her name but there’s ways to approach a situation like this and what she did was so uncalled for! We immediately left and I let her know that he’s not the first to have grabbed a gummy out of the tub like that and that she didn’t have to go off on him like that! As someone who works in customer service I know what my brother did was wrong but I would have handled it very differently simply by talking to you with respect and asking politely if you could please be considerate about others also buying candy. With that being said I hope this doesn’t happen to anybody else and if it does I hope she gets put in her place we definitely won’t be coming back to...

It’s crazy after reading the reviews I know I’m not parodied and will be contacting corporate. I walked in went straight to the freeze dried candle . A lady was at the register when I walked in, I was not greeted anything. I guess I looked suspicious because within 1 minute a lady was approaching me . She pretended to straighten up near me so I grabbed my candy and headed to the front she personally escorted me to the register. I asked her, her name since I still wasn’t greeted . I wish I could rate the atmosphere and candy offerings, but we were turned away at the door 30 minutes before the store’s posted closing time. There were other customers in the store, but I guess they decided they didn’t want any more business that night. The employee who was blocking the entrance was INCREDIBLY rude; she scowled and shooed us away through the door. At least there was a DOCO security guard who was polite enough to open the door and explain that they were closed. Based on that experience, I don’t plan on giving this place any of...
