We have recently have no service since the beginning of June and our phones are not working correctly even with a 5G phone that a friend has used at the our house and that does not even work. Since they turned the 3G towers off and turned on the 5G our phone service is not working and now we canāt even get anything so we shouldnāt have to buy new phones they need to fix the towers to work on our phones because I just purchased my phone two years ago and my phone does not work. In February, the original account owner decided to leave. He transferred ownership to me. I was told nothing would change but the ownership (Unlimited & More premium acct. We were receiving a $10 loyalty discount, so each person was paying $25 per line). Initially we were put in an account paying $45 per line for the SAME account and features.
