My friend Denise, a newer Michigan resident, introduced me to Waterfront Framing and Fashion. It’s a giant space with mostly women’s elevated clothing but they also have a framing part of the store for artwork (and then in between there’s handbags, jewelry, scarves, sculpture, home goods and gifts).
I tried a few pieces on and 2 things (a dress and a button down shirt with the coolest collar) came home with me. Both pieces were over slightly over $150 each. I was impressed at the selection when most of the town is touristy Tshirts or things that scream “lake life”. Moira Rose would shop here! I would love to see a wider range of sizes past Large though.
The gals behind the counter were lovely and friendly! They told us all about a fashion show fundraiser coming up. In fact, they shared this with everyone that came in the door- I love that buzz they created! The back of the store is long and narrow (and empty!) and perfect for a runway show!
