If I could give this place no stars I would, but the one star Iâm obligated to give this place can be for the Salem gifts alone. Itâs obvious the owner does not have to care about returning customers, and treats them as such. Her store is reliant on passing through tourists. She will âwelcomeâ you with a glare before returning to her clutter . Donât dare ask her for help or ask a question, she will look at you like you have two heads like youâve offended her. God forbid you accidentally drop a piece of merchandise off one of her fire-hazard, cluttered shelves- she will rush over and ask aggressively âDID YOU BREAK IT?!â Even if the item is unscathed making it clear she cares more about her objects than her customers. Her âcustomer service skillsâ or rather lack of there of, was bothersome to another customer in the store, who left when we did to meet us outside and speak about the owners horrible mannerisms- a true witch of Salem...
