Worst customer service EVER. I love the Jazz don’t get me wrong this experience isn’t going to change the way I feel about my team. We’ve spent over 10k in Jazz tickets alone because we’re die hard Jazz fans but the Jazz store I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND. Went in two weeks ago at 4:30 pm to exchange two $150 dollar jackets that were purchased during the Allstar game (the zippers came out faulty, one zipper is stuck and the other zipper fell off completely) they told me the store is closed because it’s game night and I could come back at 5:30 when they open (I didn’t know they don’t open the store on game nights) so I simply asked if they could just give me an answer so I’m not driving back and forth because I live 30 minutes away and mind you I had my three kids with me, well they still proceeded to tell me to come back when they open and they couldn’t help me at all. Okay so fast forward to today 04/05/23 my husband went in because it’s his only day off and we just wanted to take care of this, well Jaron the manager of the store told him there’s nothing they can do for us no store credit or anything! Read moreWorst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered some personalized jerseys for Xmas for my nieces/nephews and spent almost $1,500. A couple weeks ago I was getting a few more and I went to pick them up and was told the price was $150 per jersey. The few weeks leading up to this I checked the team store website and they were showing them as $130. I told the kid that who was ringing me up and he said he needed to call the guy I worked with. He was told HIS price was $150 and they wouldn’t honor the $130 from their website. I bought the jerseys which ended up being $500 more dollars. I reached the following week and spoke with the assistant manager. She said she would talk to her manager and get back to me. I didn’t hear back so I reached out a couple days later and during this time noticed they changed the website amount to $150. When I spoke with the manager she said they wouldn’t honor the $130 because the price was actually $150. She wouldn’t budge and kept saying the price was truly $150. Read moreThis will be the last time I ever purchase something from the Utah Jazz Team Store. I ordered my Gobert Dark Mode jersey on March 4. Advertisements to pre-order the jerseys inundated the television broadcasts during each Jazz game from the beginning of the year through the end of March stating that orders would be shipping in April. I have messaged the team store asking when I would get the jersey that I ordered. I asked on April 13 about when the order would ship-"We are expecting to get all of the Gobert Dark Mode jerseys shipped out by the end of next week. Please let me know if you have any questions!". Then, on April 22 the response to my query was "We apologize for the delay. The Gobert jerseys should be shipped out in the next day or so. Please let us know if you have any questions!" The status of my order hasn't changed since the day I ordered it. Why, if you knew how many jerseys to make due to pre-orders, are you finding it impossible to meet the demand and the promise made? Will we get to wear these jerseys as we cheer on our team only if they make it to the Finals or do we have to wait until next year? When are we getting...
