I apologize for taking so long to post a review but I definitely wanted to make sure to let Jason know how much I appreciate what he did for my granddaughter. I went in, last minute, and he graciously agreed to replace a diamond on my granddaughter’s ring and repair the prong by the following day so she would have it for a special “signing”ceremony for seniors at the Alamo Convocation Center. He not only replaced the diamond and repaired the prong but also checked/reinforced the prongs on the other stones and polished the ring. My granddaughter was thrilled with it and said it looked brand new. This was one of my rings that I had for close to 40 years and had given to her. I totally agree with my granddaughter. He made that old ring look brand new again. I am truly grateful that he was willing to do the work in one day and at a very reasonable cost. I had previously been to two jewelry stores that had given me very expensive estimates and between 2 weeks to a month to get it done. My son recommended Jimenez Jewelers which is run by Jason and his wife and I’m so glad I went there. Jason stayed late and worked past closing time the following day to complete the repair. Jason and Nichole are truly fine gems themselves! I am truly blessed to have ever run across these amazingly talented artists, they are genuinely one of a kind individually and with the both of them creating and doing what they do together… They are by far, without a doubt, the BEST in this city and I’d wager to bet the best in any city you can think of.. I feel so blessed and lucky to have found them.. They have helped me in every aspect with the jewelry I had, have given new life to pieces of mine that I thought were lost causes… Nichole and Jason..with their brilliance and special attention to the microscopic detail (literally) have made what I assumed were impossible, absolutely possible not to mention STUNNING!!! Not to mention- I promise you will NOT be able to beat their prices FACT..

I want to start by saying that Nichole and her husband were recommended to me, by name, from a manager at one of the largest jewelry "chain stores" in the country. I had a custom engagement ring request that the chain store could not accommodate, and I was on a time crunch. Multiple different jewelry stores told me that they could not complete what I needed done. Luckily, I found Jimenez Jewelers. From the second I spoke with Nichole and her husband, I knew I was in good hands. They treated me like family throughout the entire process. Not only were they able to complete my custom engagement ring request by the time i needed it, but Nichole and her husband literally drove the finished product to me so that I would have it on time for the big day. The ring turned out absolutely incredible. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. I will be back with any and all future jewelry needs. Save yourself the time, and go see Jimenez...
