Monday, Dec. 18, a black woman who works between 5 and 6 p.m. should be fired.

I have been traveling around the U.S. for a month and she has been the overwhelmingly unkind convenience store employee I've ever met.

She turned around only when I shouted out to because she was resting at the desk next to the counter even as I approached her for payment. It seems that she is not working hard. She is rude to customers. I tap my card to pay and she orders me out loud, "don't tap it!" I was really surprised. Does she relieve her stress by getting angry with customers? Also, I used a credit card and she shouted again "debit card only!" I felt so bad. After paying, she didn't even say goodbye to me.

After 2 1/5 years of being a loyal customer. I would not have thought to be treated the way I was today. The manager did not stand up for me while the older man with blonde dyed hair said all sorts of nasty things to me. Its was over something small like bringing my scooter in (which I was doing the entire 2 1/2 years that Ive went). But suddenly today I wasnt alowed. I was sceamed at. Was asked if "I was hard of hearing." (Btw this man is in his 50's). He yelled at me saying "IM THE BOSS!! YOURE NOTHING SPECIAL!" I mean what a power trip comming from an old guy working at 7/11. Needless to say Im very disapointed on how this interaction went down. I will be walking the extra block to go to a differnt convenience store. Because guess what? There are MANY other places down town who havent yelled at me AND let me bring my scooter in....

Extremely disappointing experience. Wanted to buy a lottery ticket for Megamillions. Simple process of filling out paper, cashier scans it through machine, ticket prints. Paper wouldn't scan. Cashier tried to manually enter info in computer (after snatching the $20 from me before giving me my purchase of the ticket). She did not select what I asked for, kept showing me the ticket she printed, as she clutched my $20 in her hand and saying "$20". I did not have time to continue negotiating with this woman and it was clear she was not going to give my money back. I see this as no different than stealing $20 from me. I will never return...
