BUYER BEWARE!!! Bought a Rolex day-date from this dealer via chrono24, and it has been a nightmare ever since. First the watch stopped working entirely only 3 days after receiving it (even though Koby at QD said it was 'just serviced,)....I then send them the watch and they send it back to me saying it's repaired....but I notice how the dial looks funny and odd compared to the dials from other 18038s, so I go to a rolex authorized dealer in NYC to appraise it, and not only do they confirm my fear that the dial was NOT original and was in fact a replacement service dial (something that Koby confirmed with me before I purchased that EVERYTHING was 100% original and authentic, so, again, yet another lie)....and on top of that, the appraisal reports that the crown and inner tubing is loose and will need be replaced soon, as it's no longer water-resistant....yet another lie from Koby that the watch was serviced recently and everything worked perfectly. So, I call Koby to ask him for a partial refund, given the fact that I'll have to pay for an expensive service soon, and he refuses to speak with me. Not only that, but now the dealer has blocked my phone number!! I'm writing this review today because the watch has stopped working AGAIN for the second time in less than 2 months....I'm now working with Chrono24 to try and get my money back, but please please please do NOT buy a high-end watch from this dealer. They are not to be trusted. I hope chrono24 will remove them from their website, as they are not a reputable dealer.
UPDATE: in response to the dealer's reply to my review, I will agree that they did offer to take back the watch for a full refund. I refused the refund because it was too good of a deal to pass up. My ISSUE WITH THE DEALER IS THEIR DUPLICITY. They plainly stated that the watch was ALL ORIGINAL PARTS, and after having it appraised by a reputable dealer in NYC, I learned that, while the parts were rolex, they were NOT original, but were service parts, which significantly reduces the resale value of the watch. AND ON TOP OF THAT, the watch still doesn't work properly!!! It skips the date 2 days forward every day. And, despite the store's assurance that I would have a 2-year service agreement to address any issues with the timepiece, the dealer no longer responds to phone calls or messages from me. They are simply not honoring what they promised to do when selling me the watch. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. Plenty of other honest watch dealers...
Read moreI discovered this seller on 1st Dibs and was very interested in an item on the website. Since I live in San Diego, I asked if I could see the product in person. I was interested in viewing an item directly since it costs thousands. This seller stated this would not be an option. I told the seller that I felt this was suspicious and he told me not to message him anymore. That was my first and only experience with this seller. I literally only asked 3 questions and that was this person's response to me. Quality Diamonds Inc was listed as the business connected to the seller on 1st Dibs. You make your own judgments. Why would a person pay thousands of dollars for a product that you are not allowed to see in person even if the business...

It clearly stated in the listing that the watch was in MINT condition but it arrived with a damaged bezel and damaged bracelet. For whatever reason one of the screws on the bracelet wasnt fully screwed in. I quickly called and requested a refund since I didnt receive the watch in mint conditon as it was clearly stated in the listing. Not sure if they have low quality control or were trying to hustle me into buying a damaged watch hoping i didnt notice the damages
The same watch is still being listed as mint condition on...
