The reason I became a client with Vanessa Nicole Jewels is very personal to me. I have been married for over eleven years to my husband, & we have 3 young children, including twin boys & a daughter. Over 2 years ago, I lost my custom wedding ring within a 30 minute time frame. I was heartbroken that the only piece of sentimental jewelry I owned was gone. Financially, my husband couldn't replace it right away, so after asking every so often about a new ring, eventually I gave up on thinking I would ever get a replacement anytime soon. Fast forward to April 2015, just last month, my husband gave me the green light to make an appointment to get a new ring with our old jeweler. The problem was I wanted to create my new ring & start fresh without any history attached to my old ring. The search was on to find the perfect person to help me. Then I found Vanessa. When I found Vanessa, I looked at her website, read about her, & the joy she has for making rings for clients all over the world. I could see how much she valued each client, made every experience personal, and wanted to make sure every detail about designing a ring was perfect.

When I met with Vanessa, she gave me a hug, and greeted me with the warmest smile, and she was so sincere, yet just as excited to create my perfect dream ring (again!) Even though I already knew I made the right choice choosing Vanessa, I felt more comfortable, and more at ease, I knew I was in the right hands ! Besides, she is a mom of twin boys like me !

Vanessa kept me updated weekly with the progress of my ring, and assured me that I would love it ! I got a surprise phone call earlier than anticipated that my ring was finally ready !! We sat down, & when I opened the box, I couldn't believe the ring I was looking at was MINE ! It was, in fact, every part of what I dreamed, every part of my vision, every detail, she perfected it. I remember taking bits & pieces of over a half dozen rings telling her what I liked & didn't like about certain parts. She took all of those details, and gave me back a part of what had been missing for so long. Some people may think a wedding ring is just a material piece of jewelry, but for me, it's a symbol of not only my husband & I, but our family. I couldn't stop thanking her; I couldn't stop looking at it in the air; I couldn't stop smiling ! I know Vanessa was just so happy to see that I was just so thrilled, and speechless !

Sometimes all you can do is thank someone, but I hope Vanessa knows she became a part of my story. I can't thank you enough for perfecting my ring.

There is really no need to see anyone else other than Vanessa to create your loves engagement / wedding ring. I/m confident I can speak for all her other clients who would agree. Vanessa is not only the sweetest, but she is professional, loving, and puts her heart into your custom ring. Her pricing is beyond reasonable, and the quality of her service, and craftsmanship is beyond anything you would come across in the retail or other local market. Full Review: This has to be the hardest but easiest review I’ve ever written. I always want to find something that a company or product can improve on and in this case I am at a loss. The level of service I received from Vanessa and they quality of the product exceeded even my extremely high expectations.

I had spent the past 2-3 months doing hundreds of hours of research and going to every jewelry store I could trying to find the perfect ring for my now fiancé. I felt cheated in every situation, from the quality of the chain stores to the price of the higher end guys. I wanted both quality and a fair price and I couldn’t find it anywhere. It was horrible and I was over it.

I don’t remember where I first heard about Vanessa, but I am so glad I did. I emailed her from her website not expecting much, as I had been emailing like crazy from the previous months endeavors with little luck. To my surprise Vanessa emailed me back right away and after several hours of research on her and her business I was sold.

The whole process was very smooth, after some questions and a few emails she had a good idea of what I wanted. She did all the legwork in diamond selection, making sure I got the BEST looking diamond I could get in my price range, communicating the whole time and sending me HD videos of what she had found for my final approval. Then she sent me CAD renderings of the design we discussed using my actual diamond as sizing reference. After my approval she went to work making it. During this process she communicated with me weekly letting me know how things were coming along. She even worked with me to get the ring by my proposal deadline! I also had some issues with payment and my over protective credit card company, but she was patient and helped me get it resolved.

Once I received the ring I was astounded. It was exactly like the CAD rendering and more beautiful than I could imagine. I was also surprised by the quality, having spent so many hours in jewelry stores I knew the difference between a retail chain and a high end jeweler. This ring matches or exceeds the quality of any ring in any store I have seen. Most importantly my fiancé absolutely loves it. He has a ring she can be proud of for the rest of her life.

In summary the experience with Vanessa and her company was the best I have ever dealt with. I am hard to please when it comes to customer service and I am almost impossible to please on a purchase this large. In this case I am elated with both. Vanessa Nicole Jewels gets 5 stars from me, and it is undoubtedly the easiest 5 stars I have ever handed out online. I have recommended her and will continue to do so without...

My sweet husband surprised me with an upgraded engagement ring for our anniversary. There was a specific design he knew I loved that'd go well with my wedding band; so he looked into finding someone in Seattle to customize one similar to it. While he was happy with the diamond the person found him, he said the entire process after it was painful. Long story short, the person in Seattle assured him he could create a beautiful setting similar to the one I liked; but in the end, the quality of work was just not there. Cue in Vanessa - the best decision we made was to reach out to her!

The process was just so easy - I filled out a questionnaire and Vanessa responded back via email. What I loved about the process was Vanessa dedicating a specific month for 10 clients to work with. She was booked the month of December, but wrote us down for the month of January. :) This way, she was able to ensure we could collaborate together efficiently and have the best experience! We were lucky in that we were in San Diego early January - we were able to see her studio in person, and dropped off our diamond! I have to add, if you've seen her YouTube videos, she's just as friendly in person as she is in those videos!

During this appointment, we discussed what I liked about the setting from Seattle and elements I didn't like. About a week after meeting Vanessa, she sent me a video of the early stages of a design. I totally appreciated these videos as it provided a visual to fully understand elements she was describing! It took about 1-2 weeks from the initial meeting to design exactly what I had wanted.

During these two weeks, I noticed even more how knowledgeable Vanessa is as a diamond setter. I wanted the two side stones on my ring to have milgrain detail around them, but without having the bezels they're set in to be so bulky. She informed me of two ways this could be done and the way we went with turned out beautifully!

When we received the ring in the mail, I cried tears of joy! The ring is just GEORGEOUS - from the elegant claw prongs, split shank, to how the side stones turned out. I can go on and on with all the details I LOVE about my new ring setting, but I'll leave that for my husband's ears, lol! I've already gotten plenty of compliments on the ring when I'm out and about. :)
