I found this shop while searching online for a place to have my girlfriend's necklace repaired. The piece has a lot of sentimental value for her so I wanted to make sure I took it to someone who would do the job right. And I must admit I am VERY pleased with the work that they did! Some of the other jewelers that I went to gave me a bad attitude (made me wait while he helped people who came in after me) and one even had the audacity to tell me that the necklace wasn't worth repairing! Wechsler and Goodman were the exact opposite; very professional, attentive and they did a wonderful job repairing the necklace! If you have any type of jewelry repair, mounting, ring sizing, etc. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend them. Their prices are very fair as well considering the quality...

David was extremely nice. He made me feel safe and confident leaving my jewelry with him for adjustments. I brought my rings in on Monday at lunch time and was able to pick them up on Thursday. Before I left my jewelry with them, David explained in great detail what they would be doing to my jewelry and showed me everything they had done when I picked them up. He made sure my rings fit satisfactorily and that my watch was working correctly when I came in to pick them up. David even gave me some helpful hints on how to keep my rings looking new. 10/10 recommend! Great customer service, impeccable communication, and just overall an amazing experience. You can definitely tell this is a family owned, father/son, business with the inviting atmosphere. I called first thing in the morning for a ring sizing drop off, went in to check the size in the early afternoon, and then after a few more adjustments was able to pick it up before 5pm close of day! It all went super smoothly and for a great price. I'd recommend them for all of your jewelry needs, as they are very knowledgeable, and can do more than just ring sizing!
