Great experience with Armin at Diamondful! I came across Diamondful on Instagram and shopped around on Diamondful's Etsy page for an engagement ring. I found a few rings and diamonds I was interested in. A few weeks go by, and I decide that it's time to pull the trigger on purchasing an engagement ring on Diamondful's Etsy website. I noticed the diamond I wanted wasn't available, I had a little panic attack because I planned on proposing in Hawaii in a couple months. I messaged Armin on Etsy and he replied instantly! I recently moved from San Diego to Las Vegas, so I couldn't go to the Diamondful storefront, so Armin replying to me online so quickly, to answer all my questions eased my stress. I asked if he would be getting any princess cut diamonds in stock soon because the one I wanted was sold. He actually had a few on hand that were the size, cut, and in the price range I wanted (So just because you don't see it online, Armin most likely has it in stock, or can get it to you ASAP). Armin messaged me pictures of a few diamonds, specs, and certs that were in my price range. I actually end up picking a bigger diamond than what I asked for because Armin gave me a great deal! As for the band, I saw one on his site that I liked and told him that I wanted a diamond mounted on that style band. I flew down to SD to meet with Armin to finalize everything. He informed me that the band would be made from a custom mold so it would take a while to make, but still be ready before my trip to Hawaii. Fine with me because I was told resizing an existing ring changes it's structural integrity, and I need this ring to be durable. Armin shows me a CAD design of the engagement ring for my final approval. The design was super specific and was everything that I requested. SOLD! I have an interesting work schedule, so I asked Armin if he can have the ring delivered either Thursday or Friday, with required signature confirmation. Not a problem! The ring would take some weeks to be made. During that time, Armin messages me with updates! Talk about customer service! I was never stressing on not having a ring to bring to Hawaii because I was always informed of the ring's current status. The ring was finished a couple weeks before my trip, and Armin sends it to me via next day air with signature confirmation. The ring is gorgeous! My fiancée is super happy and can't stop looking at it. It was awesome to work with Armin at Diamondful! He is so customer oriented, so knowledgeable, and has a variety of quality jewelry. He never tries to upsell you or give you anything other than what you're asking for. Thank you so much...

I saw a birthstone toi et moi ring on Ms. Hailey Bieber and I knew that’s exactly where I wanted to take inspiration from. I found the same style, but in my daughters’ birthstones, on Diamondful’s Etsy page. After reading through reviews, I wanted to make my purchase here.

My husband had his reservations about ordering something so expensive online, so we ended up going to a local jeweler. The local jeweler said they would be able to make the same ring for a similar price, so we considered it. However, when I went home to inspect our quote, I noticed that the aquamarine would be an imitation stone. After some light research, I learned that imitation stones can be made of plastic. At that point, I honestly felt deceived, because the jeweler didn’t take the time to educate my husband and I on what we would be potentially buying. If we are going to purchase a piece of jewelry that is supposed to commemorate 7+ years of marriage and our 2 kids, it shouldn’t have plastic in it. I told my husband that my gut told me we should go online, so he told me to reach out to Diamondful.

I messaged Armin and within the first hour, I knew I made the right choice. Armin is extremely fast and efficient in communicating. He’s exceptionally knowledgeable and honest when it comes to quality, durability, aesthetics, and practicality. He’s also patient and thorough when educating clients like us (very limited jewelry knowledge). We are also so appreciative of his generosity, as he passed on his savings to us for one of the stones to keep us within our budget. The passion he has for his work is really evident in the customer service that he provides.

I literally have not been able to focus on any work whatsoever since receiving this ring, because all I do is stare at my hand!!!!! I was picking out vegetables at Vons and the light was hitting the diamond just so and I stopped in my tracks to stare at my hand. It was a true dream!!!!

Design Process I found Diamondful through Etsy and found out they are located right in my backyard in Sorrento Valley, so visited the showroom. We bounced ideas back and forth, looked at designs, talked with ease about our lives and just had a lovely hour. I saw their design process, looked at gems and it was just wonderful. I never felt pressured whatsoever just heard and understood. We decided on a price and general outline and Armin sent a CAD drawing within a week.

Pricing Compared to all of the other jewelers I met, the price for their stones, design and production is bananas compared to their competitors. Super fair and high quality. They also included an appraisal with my purchase! Even when there was a small hiccup Armin was super fair about every step.

The Ring Itself WOW, as I said, I feel like I just got engaged all over again. I have found any opportunity to stare at my hand. In the produce aisle, washing my hands, typing this review. It's a DREAM come true!
