Love Love Love Vitality! I’ve been coming here for almost a year. I originally came for my Botox with Kristen. I get my 11s and forehead only. I do get chin filler for facial balancing, that was recommended and I don’t need to do again until September. Then, I started to get my hydra facials with Esti Katie, who is very sweet and absolutely knows her skin stuff. She is THE best. It’s obvious how much she cares about her work and clients. I almost always get “The Works” every month - and my skin looks fantastic . I have the membership and absolutely love that they began offering it. I come every 4 months for my tox and last month had a forma facial and loved it. I got it just before a trip to Cancun and I definitely saw the results. Definitely will be doing that again. Like I said, monthly trips here for my hydra facial and I also have had a customized peel that Katie recommended every few weeks or so. I had my top lip dissolved by Kristen because it was migrating due to an injector who I had never used before. I have had lip filler in the past but no longer as I already have full lips so I ditched the filler. She was very gentle and I am very happy I made that decision. I also use their retinol and it’s my HG along with the Hydroquinone pads that Katie makes after my appt. I’m also absolutely obsessed with their lip product - Lip Boss. It’s SPF AND it’s a lip plumper.!! It’s better than any product on the market IMO. The front staff is also very knowledgeable and sweet as well. Parking is never an issue either. I’m a researcher and I followed them on IG for over a year before I decided to make my first appt and I’m so glad I chose Vitality Aesthetics especially Kristen as my injector. It’s important to choose your injector carefully. It’s super cute inside as well, with coffee and drinks. It’s important to choose self care and I am glad I found them....

I have been going to Vitality Aesthetics for a few months now and it's been an amazing experience each time. The booking system online is easy to use and is perfect for my introverted heart, as is the virtual appointment experience.

I have been to their facilities 4 or 5 times now, and I have to say that each experience has been amazing. The women at the front desk are so friendly and efficient, they put me right at ease. But I have to admit, I come back to see Katie.

Katie is a $(%&$ artist!! I had no idea what I wanted (product or service-wise), but I know what I wanted to look like. Katie was the first aesthetic professional I've met who made me feel beautiful even before my treatments. She made some suggestions on how to get to the "destination" of my choice but she never make me feel as if I was lacking, which was always a sore point at other medical spas. Most spas would try to point out ALL my flaws and try to sell me on every procedure under the sun. I would leave those spas so dejected and insecure.

This was the first medical spa I ever visited where I felt confident and beautiful leaving and returning. Katie is so skilled that I had botox and fillers and all my friends and family thought I had gone on vacation and finally "rested", rather than assumed I had work done.

The prices are reasonable, the location is ideal (hello- parking in downtown? Unheard of), the staff are personable and knowledgable, and I walk out every time feeling like a million dollars- what more could...

I had my lips done about 2 1/2 weeks ago, and I am absolutely ecstatic about the results! I knew I wanted to get them done, but had some questions/concerns. I set up a zoom call with the lovely Kristen, and she was so thorough and answered all of my questions. I was able to get in within the week of our zoom call and she even scheduled the appt. for me! The day of the actual procedure, I had a little bit of nerves (mostly excited!) I expressed my nervousness to Kristen and she took it upon herself to make sure I was super comfortable and ready. I was provided a stress ball, a face massager (to distract your brain from the little injections) and was even offered extra numbing if I wanted! The procedure itself was SO EASY and I can believe how much I hyped myself up for it. I would rate the pain a 3/10, and the syringe itself has added numbing in it, so you get more numb as you go. Overall, I could not have asked for a more professional, clean, and welcoming experience. My lips are SOOO BEAUTIFUL!!! I am over the moon happy with my results and I can't wait to come see Kristen again for some...
