Worst location EVER ! Decided I wanted a complete second set of ALL my makeup to keep in my gym bag. About 1K worth. Asked the sales lady to help me locate everything and purchase. (Brought all my makeup with me ) she said.”find it on your own” Then come get me and I’ll open the drawers for you”. Ummmmmm OK. I said. OK can you confirm all Of this is blue murcery so I don’t wander around aimlessly? I may have one or two items from Sephora but I don’t think so”. She was annoyed. So then I said all I need you to do is confirm this item is from your store. And she said. Well you can come back tomorrow and meet with the makeup lady? What ? Ok. She was clearly annoyed. Dude. I’m trying to spend $ $ in your store need help finding all these items. And she just walked off ???? I’m like can someone else help me. ? I don’t think I’m allowed to go into the lower drawers and just start grabbing things ? Forget it ? I walked away! I’ll find similar items at Sephora! By the way. This is the second time I have been treated RUDLY at this store ! I’m trying to just. RE buy all the same makeup. I brought the makeup ! Why is this so hard ?!?! I used to live in butlingame. I’ve always considered this place out of my price range but they sell a sunblock I like and dermstore was going to charge me for shipping since my order was too small so I went in. The sales woman was so nice and pleasant and made placing the order painless. She then proceeded to give me a sample of Dermatologica’s Milkfoliant which has totally transformed my skin overnight. I’ve had a really weird fungal issue for years and also get perioral dermatitis flares so can only use a few very boring products on my face, therefore I am always skeptical of samples but I half heartedly tried this one and wow. Life changing. It does everything it says it does and I’m truly shook by how soft and hydrated and clear and not red my skin is. The day I went in I was having a horrendous week of breakouts and because of this little sample product my skin is glowing and also hydrated enough for me to try harsher treatments on the fungus....

I was a walking in the neighborhood and popped in on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. They had wonderful lines, some of which I had always wanted to try in person but thought were only online like Corpus.

The salesperson/aesthetician also was really kind and helped me see if we could find something comparable to a Bobbi Brown concealer I used to use that I misplaced that is now discontinued. She even went through all their discontinued concealers that weren't on the floor to see if we could find it.

She seemed very knowledgeable about suggesting other products that might be suitable for my skin without any pressure. She was also happy to offer samples of anything for me to...
