I was very happy to hear that the startup Branch was opening a retail location, and that it was here in San Francisco. My experience at the Branch store with Miguel was so exceptional, I felt compelled to share.

I walked in not entirely sure what I needed, just knowing that my home office setup wasn’t cutting it anymore. Miguel greeted me with the kind of warmth and professionalism you hope for but don’t always get. He wasn’t pushy or overly sales-y. In fact, the opposite. Felt like a friend I had already known. He was just genuinely interested in helping me find the right fit based on how I work and what I value.

He took the time to walk me through all the options, answered every question (even the nerdy ergonomic ones), and made sure I actually sat in each chair to compare. I ended deciding on going with the Branch ergonomic chair, and honestly, it has completely changed how I feel at the end of the day. My back says thank you, Miguel.

The space itself is beautiful: calm, minimalist, and easy to explore. I love the old-time luxurious greenhouse ceiling feel at the front of the store. But it’s Miguel’s thoughtful, low-pressure approach that made this a standout experience. You can tell he really cares about helping people find what works best for them, not just closing a sale.

I was in need of an office chair for my home office. I looked online and came across Branch. I didn't want to buy online so was pleased to know they had a shop in the Jackson Square neighborhood in San Francisco. I walked in and Tony and Miguel greeted me instantly. I told them what I was looking for and they were very helpful. Tony suggested a chair that sits upright after I told him that's what I prefer. He demonstrated all the bells and whistles and I walked out 15 minutes later with a chair. I appreciated the customer service and the vibe of the store and the sales associates.
