I've been a big fan of polo forever. Timeless brand since I've been alive (I'm 24 years old). I've been to this store about 5 times stopping by and became acquainted with Cody, who's been the coolest guy to get to know over the course of the couple months I have been in the shop. He's helpful and very personable. However, I thought I was nice to Julie this whole time when I have visited the store. I know I smelled of smoke a couple times while I was on breaks stopping by, but Julie was very rude to me the other day. I don't know if something was bad on her end but she did lash out at me in a hostile manner. I had not smoked marijuana and had no bad scent. I had smoked a single cigarette outside on a Saturday with cologne on. I had the 'Smoke' scent from Thom Browne sprayed on me and a hint of Hermes scent I had on me from earlier in the day. Julie rudely approached me about how I "REAKED" of marijuanna when I had not even smoked that day! I smelled of luxury designer cologne! She approached and yelled at me saying I was banned from the store? I apologized profusely as I had not been aware marijuana was so frowned upon in SF (jokes, weed is OBVIOUSLY not frowned upon). I now know that if you have any scent of marijuana, it will be frowned upon if Julie is around. You cannot go into their store with any smell of weed or you may be kicked out. It sucks because I've shopped with Polo at different locations internationally, and I have multiple Polos I've collected over time. Now with this experience, it kinda puts me off wanting to buy from their brand anymore. I've been checking out some pants (they don't have my size unfortunately) that I'm thinking about getting for the Fall season and it sucks that I don't feel...
Read moreCame into this Ralph Lauren store to return a gift — tags still on, never worn, Should’ve been simple. IT WAS NOT ! Instead, I got attitude from the worst salesperson ever! Do not work with Julie!
I expected better from Ralph Lauren. The brand might be polished, but the service here was anything but, I will not be back or spend another dollar at Ralph Lauren. If you’re reading this you’re better to NOT shop at this forsaken store.
Ralph Lauren corporate should take a serious look at who’s running this store they’re damaging your name!
Won’t reccomend. Total...
Read moreCute store. Very small selection overall but a nice RRL department which makes sense for SF. I was there on a Sunday, and there was only one associate working who was busy with another customer the entire time. Maybe hire another person for weekends? Glad to see Ralph back...
