Not a good experience when issues arise with your Bart tickets. Due to a mistake when we purchased our tickets 2 days ago in San Francisco airport, 2 blue tickets were given to us to use them on our way back from downtown San Francisco to the airport. We used them this afternoon at the embarcadero station.
For whichever reason the tickets were getting rejected at the check in stop. Since we didn’t know what happened and we were blocking traffic, we looked for an customer service agent ending at the kiosk located in the embarcadero stop. A white Female maybe in her 60’s was inside.
Although we greeted upon arrival, she did not answered. When she asked for the tickets, I placed them on a small slot at the window of this kiosk. When she got the tickets she scratched my fingers. I said “ ma’am you-scratched me” she said nothing and never apologized. I’m positive she heard me.
This employee was rude and careless. If you are in customer service, you are there to assist people, specially when you are dealing with foreign guests. Experiences like this let you go with a bad impression on employees working for transportation.
