I love this store but unfortunately I had such a bad experience here today. I went in there and knew what I wanted. I took a picture of the number (didn’t remember to write it down) but I had the picture of the number. I proceeded to the register and told the lady the number. I also showed her a pic of the number I took and she refused to help me. I went to the second line so the other associate could help me but she told her not to help me. She was extremely rude to me for no good reason at all. I was appalled that I was treated like that. Whenever I come here I make sure to purchase a poster but I’ll never come here again. This lady was shouting that she had the right to refuse service. It was an older lady with curly hair. Her name is Lisa I believe. The lady working there was so rude. Instead of explaining how the store worked, she yelled at us telling us not to grab the posters that are on the sales floor and proceeded to tell us that “the store would be empty if people could just grab them” Then when we asked how it worked she finally told us to write down the numbers on the poster but didn’t tell us where the paper or pens where. My other family members were also in the store and heard her say “who are those girls messing up the store” to herself. We weren’t making a mess we thought it was like a normal store where you pick up and take the merchandise to the counter. overall terrible experience we really wanted at least 6 posters but sadly...

The staff was very very rude. The elder lady in cash register was very rude, she expected everyone to know how they run the store and would rudely tell you to write numbers down in a piece of paper. I also witnessed her telling a lady she was 16 cents short (who was unde the impression the prices on posters were final price) very rudely, then out loud mocked her. I was paying at the register next to her, and definitely made me not want to purchase anything. Not sure if she is a worker or owner but this is not how you...
